1:1 Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide individualized support for people in their own homes, in family homes, or within their communities.

Responsibilities: As a
1-1 Direct Support Professional , you will assist with:
- Community Connections & Social Relationships: Assist in building and maintaining social relationships, encouraging community engagement, and promoting inclusion.
- Shopping: Provide support with grocery shopping and other errands as needed.
- Paperwork: Assist with personal paperwork such as addressing mail, paying bills, and staying organized with necessary documentation.
- Light Housework: Help with household tasks, including budgeting, meal preparation, and general home organization.
- Appointments: Provide transportation and/or accompany the individual to appointments, offering support as needed.
- Problem Solving, Support & Advocacy: Offer guidance and assistance in decision-making and problem-solving while advocating for the individual’s needs and preferences.
Locations: Brooklyn Park, Chanhassen, Coon Rapids, Golden Valley, Minneapolis, Plymouth, Roseville, St. Paul Shifts: Depends on location Wage: $17.00/hour What You Need: - A passion for helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.
- At least 18 years of age .
- A valid US driver’s license and Clean Motor Vehicle Report
- Reliable Transportation with Insurance Coverage
- Ability to pass a background check through DHS .
