**LOOKING FOR PH-BASED REMOTE FINANCIAL ANALYSTS

Role: Real Estate Financial Analyst
Salary: $900-$1,800
Working Hours & Time Zone: 8:30am-5pm EST**

About The Role:

Conducts a variety of moderate to sophisticated financial analyses for the development of commercial real estate investment sale strategies in support of  clients. Draws conclusion(s) from analyses and makes recommendations to senior leaders. Strongly understands and uses financial fundamental concepts, practices and procedures associated with commercial real estate finance, including commercial appraising, market analysis and investment analysis.

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical mentorship, and/or training to co-workers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze, review, and interpret real estate due diligence documents, including operating statements, rent rolls, leases, utility bills, among others

• Create moderate to sophisticated financial models focused on valuing commercial real estate assets

• Identify property-level financial issues and make recommendations

• Compile and present the results of analyses and effectively address questions to senior leaders and CBRE’s clients

• Assist in the preparation of marketing material including offering memorandums, broker opinion of values, proposals, etc.

• Compile and analyze commercial real estate and macro/micro economic market data from various 3rd party sources

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical/quantitative skills
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to clients
• Strong understanding of financial concepts (i.e., discounted cash flow, IRR, NPV, loans, etc.)
• Intermediate-level Excel skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and with all levels of personnel
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under the pressure of multiple deadlines
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret commercial real estate due diligence documents
• Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations
• Knowledge of ARGUS preferred
• Self-starter with sharp focus on details with an awareness of the bigger picture
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1-3 years of experience in Real Estate or Finance
• Intellectual curiosity with a demonstrated enthusiasm for the commercial real estate industry
