Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-driven Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanic to join a respected local aerospace company. In this role, you’ll assemble sheet metal components with precision, focusing on close tolerance drilling and riveting to meet exacting blueprints and specifications.
As a key team member (think crew chief without the direct leadership duties), you’ll work closely with a small team to deliver high-quality results. If you’ve honed your skills in automotive repair, aircraft wing part assembly, or fabrication, this opportunity is tailored for you!
What We’re Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Blueprint reading course (required)
Several years of rivet/sheet metal assembly experience
Expertise in close tolerance drilling for composite or metallic sub-structures
Proficiency in measuring close tolerance parts, holes, and more
Position Type: Contract-to-Hire
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM or 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
