What does a successful Product Manager, Global Payments do at Fiserv? 

Join the team driving the future of global commerce! As a Product Manager for Carat Global Acquiring, you’ll play a key role in delivering the continued growth of Carat’s global acquiring solution, enabling commerce in more than 50 countries. As the product manager, you will help to define product capability across the end-to-end lifecycle of merchant acquiring payments. You will be charged with enhancing existing product capability and crafting new products end-to-end, from concept to delivery to operational support.

What you will do: 

• Develop features, epics, and user stories for merchant acquiring payment products.
• Craft detailed requirements for features across the end-to-end experience for the payments lifecycle, including integration, boarding, processing, billing, reporting, and servicing.
• Collaborate with technology teams to refine product definitions into technology deliverables.
• Partner across stakeholder groups (tech, compliance, operations) in varying geographies (e.g., North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia-Pacific) to achieve the product vision.
• Communicate progress, solutions, and recommendations effectively to senior stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues by conducting root cause analysis, implementing solutions, and keeping clients informed.
• Leverage data and business analytics to support decision-making and product enhancements.
• Apply our product SDLC methodology and deliver against product standards.

What you will need to have: 

• Bachelor's Degree (preferably Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent combination of experience, education and military. 
• 5+ years of experience in product management or payment consulting.
• Proven experience in the payments industry, with a focus on merchant acquiring for eCommerce and omnichannel clients.
• Experience working with international teams across regions like EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.
• Track record of delivering product in the payments space across the product lifecycle.
• Experience collaborating with medium to large corporations as clients.
• Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, or similar product management tools.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
