About the Role: Leasing Consultant

We're looking for motivated individuals who can bring energy and professionalism to our leasing team. You’ll be the face of the community—welcoming prospective residents, showcasing apartment homes, and ensuring a smooth leasing process from start to finish.

Pay Range: $20–$25/hr, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents; tour apartment homes and community features
• Lease available apartment homes and close sales
• Handle phone and in-person inquiries with professionalism
• Submit and follow up on maintenance service requests
• Complete lease applications and required paperwork
• Support marketing efforts and help plan resident events
• Maintain organized files and support administrative tasks

Qualifications

• 6+ months of leasing or multifamily housing experience required
• Familiarity with Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, or similar property management software
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing regulations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable transportation
• Ability to work well with a team and take initiative
• Professional, friendly, and eager to learn
