We're searching for a Temporary Art Director to join our Performance Creative team. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will create digital first data-driven work that supports print, digital, and social direct response channels while satisfying the branding requirements of our clients. (We also have a posting for a Copywriter. Teams welcome).

• You will create conceptual yet performance metrics driven work such as paid social, display, email, OLV, and landing pages while satisfying the branding requirements of our client.

• You will develop on-brand creative activations rooted in strategy that serve as a framework for bringing art and messaging to life for specific audiences, across channels.

• You will partner with our teams to create concepts that enhance response strategies and achieve client goals.

• You will apply audience insights, strategic frameworks, and direct response best practices to your work.

• You understand unique audiences and creating content that is relevant to each.

• You will stay current with the latest trends and technologies (e.g., DCO, Content Velocity, Dynamic Video, Modular Content Systems).

• You will present work both internally and to our clients while building client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum Art Direction experience in creative advertising and performance creative
• Telecom and B2B preferred

Additional Information:

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $33.08-$54.10. Hourly pay rate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.

Eligible for sick and safe time off and paid holidays as outlined on 2025 dentsu calendar.
