This notice is for a unique position for someone who is seeking a dental home , who is passionate about dentistry and ethically serving our wonderful patient base. What makes us unique is that we are serious about supporting and nurturing your skills and interests so that you can practice more of (and eventually, only) the dentistry you want without the challenges of owning your own practice. In this respect you will enjoy a level of freedom not offered in the average associate dentist position. You will be paid very well and fairly, with a potential to earn $800 to over $1,000/day depending on your work ethic and how you like to practice. We are mission-driven and values-driven in everything we do and have worked very hard to create an environment based on respect.


Our office is located in a prime location in a university town that has many hospitals and clinics. Our town is hidden gem nestled in the mountains of east Tennessee, offering many activities for the nature lover. It is also close to a regional airport. The cost of living is lower than the national average. It boasts a highly rated school district and is a great place to start/raise a family.

We are seeking a dentist who:

• Possesses a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to quality patient care and continuous learning.
• Has 4+ years of experience in general dentistry, with exceptional skills in various procedures.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment and values innovation, integrity, and community service.
• Communicates effectively with patients and colleagues, prioritizing patient-centered service.

Your role will involve:

• Being the primary dentist and providing a full range of dental services with a focus on patient satisfaction and clinical excellence.
• Collaborating with our team to optimize workflows, implement new technologies, and elevate the patient experience.
