We are a business and brand development firm that specializes in creating engaging live events and interactive brand campaigns to take our clients' brand promotions to the next level. We are looking for innovative, team-oriented individuals who enjoy working with others to fill current openings on our team as an

AT&T Account Associate. The AT&T Account Associate should be outgoing and self-driven, they must know how to have fun, and they must be comfortable engaging consumers in both group and one-on-one settings.

AT&T Account Associate Responsibilities:

  • Work onsite at various in-store retail based events aimed at generating brand awareness and revenue for our clients
  • Participate in daily team meetings to discuss campaign goals, business development strategies and new ways to increase brand awareness
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to expand campaigns that maximize visibility for our clients
  • Track event sales, progress and make adjustments where needed to improve results
  • Engage customers at our promotional campaigns to drive sales through register
  • Learn how to effectively manage a campaign from start to finish
  • Participate in additional Business Development training opportunities
  • Receive further training and development from members of our leadership and management teams to be able to grow within our organization

AT&T Account Associate Requirements

  • 1-2 years of leadership, management, sales or customer service experience
  • Strong desire to continue learning and developing professional skill sets
  • Exceptional leadership, customer service and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and competitive spirit
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Able to problem solve effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groups
  • Strong desire to work in a leadership or management role
  • Reliable transportation to travel up to 40 miles to our retail partners and transport promotional items, displays, & signage
  • Ability to work retail hours
