A Florida-based firm with a powerhouse reputation in commercial real estate, public finance, and affordable housing is seeking a seasoned Real Estate Attorney to join its team. You’ll work on the forefront of multifamily housing development, navigating deals financed through bonds, tax credits (LIHTC), and traditional lending . The work is fast-paced, complex, and meaningful. You'll be joining a collaborative team that values precision, speed, and deep subject-matter expertise.

What You’ll Do:

• Structure and execute complex real estate transactions, particularly affordable housing and mixed-finance developments
• Tackle title and survey issues with sharp attention to detail
• Independently produce high volumes of documentation under tight timelines
• Advise clients on HUD regulations, bond financing, and tax-credit structures
• Collaborate closely with firm leadership on high-value, high-impact projects

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in real estate law, especially in affordable housing and corporate finance
• A meticulous, organized work style with the ability to work independently
• Confidence in producing and managing significant transactional volume
• Clear and effective communication skills
