Automatic Screen Printing Operator to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality custom apparel printing and are committed to excellence in every job we produce. Position Overview
As an Automatic Screen Printing Operator, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting our
M&R Jambo and
MHM X-Type automatic screen printing presses. You’ll ensure precision, efficiency, and consistency in every print run while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain M&R Jambo and MHM X-Type automatic screen printing presses.
- Efficiently set up, tear down, and align multi-color jobs with precise micro-adjustments.
- Load and unload garments with accuracy, ensuring quality control at every stage.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues on the presses.
- Mix plastisol and water-based inks accurately to maintain color consistency.
- Execute precise film alignment and registration for high-quality prints.
- Handle screen preparation, including exposure, washing, drying, and taping.
- Ensure prints are sharp, smooth, and meet quality standards across various fabric types.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and meet deadlines.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience operating automatic screen printing presses.
- Expertise in plastisol ink; knowledge of water-based ink is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain printing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, quality control, and color accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs, and handle repetitive tasks.
