Mygrant Glass is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager with the following qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for all employees and activities at the branch.
• You will be responsible to properly maintain high value inventory.
• You will be responsible to provide and maintain excellent customer service by developing, monitoring, scheduling, and consistently maintaining deliveries to all of our valued customers.
• You will be responsible to accurately schedule employees and shifts with safety, productivity, and customer service in mind.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven leadership and team building skills Live and work with a very high level of integrity Ability to cultivate a culture of teamwork, customer focus, and respect.
• Keen eye for detail and safety Numerous years of experience with inventory control, inventory reconciliation, and cycle counting.
• Direct involvement in developing customer service experiences and exceeding expectations.
• High level of experience with Microsoft products.
• Proven track record of a minimum of four years in management of at least fifteen employees including recruiting, hiring, and developing top talent.
• Experience with both fleet and MHE safety and maintenance.

Working Conditions:

• Physical Requirements Include: walking, stooping, and lifting up to 75 pounds and standing for extended periods of time.

Job Requirements:

• Manage shipping and warehouse supervisors.
• Direct the warehouse physical inventory process.
• Stocking and maintaining the warehouse inventory.
• Motivate team of warehouse employees.
• Coordinate warehouse shipping and receiving, including supervising warehouse and delivery staff.
• Manage the inventory and warehouse functions for the regional central supply warehouse.
• Accomplish warehouse damage control goals.
• Maintaining accurate inventory and receiving records of all warehouse shipping supplies.
• Manage an accurate inventory of warehouse materials.
• Review and maintain warehouse budget.
• Reducing warehousing cost with improved warehouse operations.
• Maintain inventory control and stock warehouse with consumables.
• Supervise warehouse associates and team.
• Managing all warehouse associates and operations.
• Manage the warehouse and personnel.
• Managing all warehouse and distribution activity.
• Maintained for warehouse order fulfillment operations.
• Picking, packing and shipping to warehouse personnel.
• Improve warehouse level service performance.
