About the Role
We are looking for a skilled C++ Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and optimizing high-performance applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, reliable, and scalable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C++ (C++11/14/17/20 as applicable).
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while following best coding practices.
Debug, optimize, and enhance existing software modules.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and QA teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure software reliability, performance, and maintainability.
Participate in code reviews, peer programming, and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to system architecture discussions and documentation.
Stay up to date with new C++ standards, frameworks, and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in C++ (including STL, OOP, templates, and multithreading concepts).
Experience with modern C++ standards (C++11 and above).
Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
Familiarity with debugging tools (e.g., GDB, Valgrind) and performance tuning.
Knowledge of memory management, pointers, and system-level programming.
Experience with build tools (e.g., CMake, Make, Visual Studio, or similar IDEs).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
Knowledge of network programming, multithreading, and IPC mechanisms.
Familiarity with Databases (SQL/NoSQL).
Exposure to scripting languages (Python, Bash).
Experience in one of the domains: Embedded Systems, Finance, Gaming, R&D, Telecom, or Cloud.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git, SVN).
