Customer Service Representative (Remote)

We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as remote Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients and customers with their needs and resolving inquiries. You'll be making outbound calls as part of various campaigns and projects, using the tools and systems provided to document interactions accurately. Your work will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with both customers and clients while following company policies and procedures with integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Make consistent outbound calls related to assigned programs and projects.
Document customer interactions accurately using our system.
Upsell products and services to meet customer needs and business goals.
Schedule appointments in a business-to-customer format.
Stay informed about campaign products, services, and promotions to offer knowledgeable assistance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of one year of call center experience, including experience with automatic dialers and call scripting (remote candidates only - no exceptions).
Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Sales experience is a plus.
High School diploma or GED.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in using technology.
Experience in an outbound call center environment.

Remote Work Requirements:
PC or laptop running at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible).
High-speed wired internet connection (Ethernet cable required).
USB-connected headset.
Webcam.
A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, including pets and children.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 15.00 19.00 Per Hour
