Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset (weekends not guaranteed)
Weekly Gross Pay: $1,500–$1,700 for drivers running 800–1,000 miles with 3 loads
Unload Pay: $245 per unloaded trailer
Backhaul Pay: $70 per load
Stop Pay: $25 per stop
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 total
$500 after 1st load
$500 after 30 days
(must be active and seated at time of payout)
Freight: 100% touch freight (hand unload at stores)
Service Area: IL, WI, IN, MI
Truck Parking: Must park at Markham Terminal or Joliet DC (no home parking)
Equipment: Internationals and Freightliners with excellent maneuverability
Training: 2 days of on-the-job training ($150/day)
Consistent Support: Dedicated team available to assist at all times
Strong Pay Package: High per-load earnings plus backhaul and stop pay
Reliable Work: Year-round freight with steady routes
Home Weekly: Predictable resets to recharge
Valid CDL-A
Able to handle physically demanding unloads safely
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Flexible availability (Sunday–Saturday as scheduled)
Must bring 2 weeks' worth of personal supplies to orientation
