We’re seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Charity Event Assistant to join our mission-driven team! Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing, and executing charity events and fundraising campaigns

• Engage with attendees, donors, and community members in a friendly, professional way

• Provide information about nonprofit partners, charity programs, and fundraising initiatives

• Support event logistics, including setup, breakdown, registration, and activity coordination

• Maintain a positive, welcoming, mission-focused atmosphere at every event

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient event operations

• Collect attendee feedback and assist with post-event reporting as needed

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable engaging with the public

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
