Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes
• Analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency
• Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with safety standards and product specifications
• Work closely with maintenance teams to keep production equipment in top shape
• Seek out opportunities for process optimization. Whether it’s reducing waste, streamlining workflows, or implementing new technologies, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation
• Engage with colleagues from various departments to address challenges and drive improvements

Requirements:

• 4-year degree in a technical field- including engineering, biology, or chemistry
• 2+ years of experience working in a food processing manufacturing environment is preferred
• Lean manufacturing knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving ability

Work Model:

• On-Site
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
