No DUI/DWI’s in the last 5 years Automatic DQ’s: recent at fault rollover in the past year & No failed D.O.T alcohol/drug test lifetime FELONIES & MISDEMEANOR - Any offenses not disclosed by the applicant will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Security, Safety, or an authorized Security designee.
