Role Overview:
We seek a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations. You'll lead a team dedicated to delivering superior, eco-friendly cleaning solutions to our valued residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and perform daily cleaning tasks using natural, non-toxic products.
Train, manage, and schedule cleaning staff to ensure efficiency and quality.
Conduct regular inspections to uphold company cleanliness standards.
Communicate professionally with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock of eco-friendly cleaning products.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to staff performance and client feedback.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning.
Previous experience supervising or managing a small team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
