We are a reputable construction firm in New Mexico. We are currently in need of Project Managers and PE's that have experience overseeing ground up commercial projects that is at least 15Million. -Support and further the company culture, values, Key Results and quality management
-Document and communicate project progress, performance, and issues to all stakeholders
-Provide day to day direction and oversight of project resources (staff, equipment, subcontractors) and materials
-Successfully integrate resources, activities, and deliverables as outlined in the Project Execution Plan
At least 5+ years of Project Management experience
Bachelors preferred but not required
Familiar with using Procore and Microsoft
Must be familiar with commercial projects such as hotels, multifamily, office buildings and K-12.
Base Salary $90k-120K
