We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Agent to join our professional team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing internal and external communication, assisting in project coordination, and ensuring clear and consistent messaging across departments. The ideal candidate is organized, skilled in verbal and written communication, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  Facilitate daily internal communication between departments and leadership

  Prepare reports, briefs, and internal updates for stakeholders

  Support coordination of meetings, training sessions, and client interactions

  Maintain accurate records of communication and workflow processes

  Monitor and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  Assist in drafting presentations, internal notices, and professional correspondence

  Ensure messaging is aligned with company policies and objectives

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field

• 
  Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a communications or administrative role

• 
  Strong written and verbal communication skills

• 
  Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools (e.g., Slack, Teams)

  Ability to work independently and within a team

  Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
