We are looking for a dedicated Computer Technician to join our team! In this role, you will leverage your expertise in troubleshooting desktop and laptop systems to provide on-site and shop-based support for our clients. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that all computer systems and peripheral devices are functioning optimally.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution for desktop and laptop computers, focusing on Intel-based systems.
Address issues with peripheral devices and ensure seamless operation.
Conduct computer assembly, hardware repair, and basic networking tasks.
Install and troubleshoot operating systems and application software.
Work both on-site and in a stationary environment to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum of two years of experience in desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with Dell Latitude laptops and HP desktops/laptops (subject to change).
A+ certification is required.
Additional training may be considered in lieu of experience (one month of training equals one month of experience).
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma.
