About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Construction Safety Manager to lead safety operations on a high-profile industrial/commercial project in Phoenix, AZ . This is your opportunity to play a critical role in protecting lives, ensuring compliance, and contributing to cutting-edge construction.

What You’ll Do
Site Safety & Compliance
- Conduct Pre‑Construction Safety Planning Meetings
- Review Job Hazard Analyses and Site-Specific Safety Plans
- Perform regular safety audits, inspections, and patrols
- Identify risks and ensure timely corrective actions
Incident Management
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Implement corrective and preventive safety measures
Training & Leadership
- Ensure all workers are trained per scope requirements
- Oversee Toolbox Talk execution and documentation
- Mentor and guide subcontractor safety leads
What You Bring
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (required)
- OSHA certifications: OSHA 30, OSHA 510, OSHA 500 (required)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction health & safety (industrial/commercial preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Safety, or Engineering (preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA, state, and local regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-stakes construction environments
