DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

• Proven experience as a Lead Construction Superintendent or Construction Superintendent, with at least two completed high-end residential projects ($5M+).
• Passionate about delivering exceptional finished products and exceeding expectations.
• Skilled in managing project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet project goals.
• Experience with inspections, project reports, and quickly addressing issues to keep projects on track.
• Proficient in safety protocols and preconstruction processes; 30-hour OSHA certification preferred, ensuring compliance through regular inspections.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple aspects of ultra-luxury residential projects efficiently.
• Familiar with Viewpoint construction management software.
• Experience in remodels and historic renovations is a plus.

COMPENSATION

• Competitive base salary: $150,000 - $200,000 (based on experience).
