How You Stand Out:

Education :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation strongly preferred.

Experience :

• Proven experience as a CPA, Bookkeeper, or similar role (3+ years preferred).
• Knowledge of payroll, tax preparation, and financial compliance.
• Experience in the trades industry is a plus but not required.

Skills :

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Excel.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors

Your Role In Action:

Financial Oversight :

• Manage all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Tax and Compliance :

• Oversee tax filings, compliance, and audits.
• Collaborate with external advisors as needed to ensure regulatory adherence.

Budgeting and Forecasting :

• Create and maintain financial forecasts and budgets.
• Monitor company performance against financial goals and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Process Improvement :

• Streamline accounting processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency.
• Transition financial operations from third-party vendors to in-house management seamlessly
