**Job Requisition ID #** 25WD86712 About the Role We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive the visual narrative of Autodesk Flow Studio (formerly Wonder Studio), our state-of-the-art AI-powered VFX platform. This role is pivotal in overseeing and managing the creative development and production of marketing content, including demo videos, advertisements, social media and platform visuals, to ensure our brand's visual consistency and deliver impactful, engaging campaigns. You will collaborate with creative, engineering, product and marketing teams to bring our brand and AI-driven platform to life through compelling content. Please submit a portfolio with your application. **Responsibilities** + Direct, manage, and oversee the creative development and production of marketing content, including demo videos, ads, social mediaand platform visuals. + Collaborate with internal artists and stakeholders from marketing and product teamsto deeply understand product features, benefits, and target market + Lead a team of 3D & VFX Artists to produce high-quality, visually stunning content for in-app experience and marketing assets. + Provide artistic vision and inspirational leadership, shaping the look and feel of our marketing materials and platform content. + Deliver constructive feedback to artists, focusing on artistic execution and brand consistency. + Foster artistic development through training and mentorship, encouraging growth and creativity within the team. + Partner with product owners, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure schedules and plans align with business and project goals. + Promote a culture of feedback, team discussions, and safe, productive iteration. **Qualifications** + Previous experience in product marketing as a Creative Director or Art Director preferred; bonus for experience in ad agencies, film productions, live-action, animation, or TV series environments. + Broad knowledge in directing artists, copywriters, and other creative stakeholders performing 3D art disciplines, including concept, modeling, environments, characters, lighting, etc. + Knowledge of the Artificial Intelligence product landscape, with an emphasis on AI in media, entertainment, and design. + Experience working closely with and leading other specialists like graphic designers, 3D artists, photographers / videographers, developers, writers, strategists, marketers, and external agency partners. + Proven experience in leading, creating, and managing high-quality product marketing content. + Experience with recruitment, training, and supervision of editors, animators,production crews, and marketing specialists. + Demonstrated ability to work with and manage remote teams. + Portfolio showcasing high-quality marketing campaigns and a compelling vision. + Highly creative with an eye for quality VFX. + Familiarity with Unreal Engine, Maya, or Blender a plus. + Strong communication and organizational skills. + Ability to provide effective critiques and receive feedback. + Excellent project management skills.
