At CESO, a Survey Crew Chief works independently, or with a survey technician, to complete preliminary services in land survey and construction staking. You will have primary responsibilities that will include:

• Operate miscellaneous survey equipment needed for completion of survey tasks
• Perform survey calculations
• Conducts daily maintenance and up-keep of instruments
• Work well within a team environment as well as the ability to work independently as needed
• Local and regional travel as needed
• Assist in other survey duties as necessary

Position requirements include:

• High School diploma or GED required
• 5-7 years of experience as a survey crew chief is preferred
• 4+ years survey field experience is preferred
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s License
