  Your Responsibilities

• Achieve Production Goals: Meet or exceed sales and business targets.
• Sales & Service: Present insurance options, provide accurate quotes, and close new and existing business.
• Lead Generation: Reach out to prospects via calls, texts, and emails to develop your client base.
• Cross-Selling & Upselling: Offer additional financial products to meet client needs and maximize value.
• Customer Retention: Build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Referral Program: Promote our referral incentives to grow your network and increase revenue.
• Compliance: Follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance standards.
• Team Contribution: Share best practices and help fellow team members succeed.

  What You’ll Need

• Active Life & Health License: Required (we’ll assist qualified candidates in obtaining one).
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent phone presence, active listening, and professionalism.
• Self-Starter Mindset: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
