Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our onsite team in Los Angeles. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working directly with people, solving problems, and contributing to a positive customer experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with professionalism and a positive attitude.

  • Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information about services and programs.

  • Support in-person customer interactions at events, meetings, or partner locations.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and internal documentation.

  • Assist with scheduling, check-ins, and coordination of customer appointments.

  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

  • Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite in Los Angeles .

  • No previous customer service experience required — full training provided.
