Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management programs.
- Develop and implement training and communication plans.
- Develop and deliver a Benefits Evaluation Strategy and Plan.
- Facilitate workshops and present to senior management.
- Identify and assess change impacts on business processes and technology solutions.
- Analyze and evaluate alternative solutions based on business and technical impact and cost/benefit considerations.
- Propose, justify, plan, and cost the implementation of selected alternatives.
- Engage stakeholders in contributing to effective change.
- Develop and/or implement a change management process and tools.
- Plan, direct, and control the activities of a change management team within scheduled time and cost parameters.
- Provide work leadership to business owners.
- Report project-related changes to the Project Manager.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Proven experience in Change Management and the development of change management programs.
- Proven experience in the development of training and communication plans.
- Experience in the delivery of a Benefits Evaluation Strategy and Plan.
- Experience facilitating workshops.
- Experience presenting to Senior Management levels.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate business and technical impact and cost/benefit considerations.
