Description Our plumbing client in San Marcos is looking for a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to handle their administrative records, update operational databases, and ensure information flows smoothly day-to-day. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and excited to contribute to a growing business in the plumbing industry! Key Responsibilities: + Accurately enter and update client records, invoices, and vendor transactions into the company database. + Process and verify service logs, time tracking, and inventory management details. + Collaborate with office staff to resolve discrepancies in service orders, billing records, or other documents. + Assist in preparing detailed reports for project managers and company leadership. + Maintain records of service calls, materials used, and contractor assignments in digital systems. Requirements + High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in administration or data entry is advantageous. + 2+ years of experience in data entry, recordkeeping, or administrative roles-plumbing or trade industry experience is strongly preferred. + Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a significant perk. + Ability to manage time effectively while ensuring deadlines are consistently met. + Strong attention to detail combined with excellent communication skills.
