Job Description

Join our team as a Delivery Driver and bring the Chick-fil-A experience right to our guests’ doorsteps! As part of our team as a delivery driver, you will represent Chick-fil-A outside of the restaurant, ensuring that every delivery reflects our commitment to hospitality, excellence, and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load, transport, and deliver catering and mobile orders in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent guest service at drop-off, extending Chick-fil-A hospitality beyond the restaurant.
• Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by demonstrating professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency always.
• Maintain Operational Excellence in vehicles and delivery equipment (cleanliness, organization, and accuracy).
• Follow all traffic laws, practice safe driving habits, and uphold company driving standards.
• Ensure all orders are complete, properly bagged, sealed, and include condiments, utensils, and paper goods as requested.
• Protect and uphold the Chick-fil-A brand while addressing guest concerns with care and urgency.
• Communicate with supervisors to receive duties and updates for each shift.
• Keep delivery bags, phone mounts, and company vehicles clean and in proper condition.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A dress code, grooming, and professionalism standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (DMV report required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• Comfortable using GPS and delivery apps while maintaining safety standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit and drive for extended periods.
• Ability to move quickly and efficiently.
• Able to lift and carry food orders (up to 25 lbs.).
