Job Description

1. Job Details:
• Must be a certified dental assistant -- Please do not apply if you do not have this background.
• Oversees all day-to-day office operations for the Denver location.
• Creates and maintains monthly employee schedule.
• Oversees posting of insurance claims via Dentrix eClaims and manages the aging reports.
• Manages and submits monthly patient refunds.
• Submits employee time to corporate for semi-monthly payroll processing.
• Oversees HR issues for the office.
• Presents treatment plans and oversees training of other employees for treatment plan presentation.
• Oversees dental supply purchasing, acquisition, and cost savings strategy.
• Coordinates and ensures optimal care of our patients.
• Works with senior management to regularly review office performance.
• Maximize staff support effectiveness for our dentists.
• This is an hourly position that requires 40 hours per week.
• Prior dental office manager experience preferred.
