A DAY IN THE LIFE

While no two events are quite the same, here’s what you can expect as a Dessert Cart – 

• Prepare, stock, and maintain dessert carts with utensils and dessert items.
• Assist and interact with Suite Attendants during service; suggest and describe desserts to guests.
• Accurately log sales, handle billing via tablet, and complete pre/post-event inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for carts and dessert areas.
• Uphold professional appearance, demeanor, and guest service standards.
• Communicate guest concerns or product issues to management.
• Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines.
