Summary:
We are seeking a Dough Mixer to prepare and mix dough for various baked goods, ensuring accuracy and consistency in measurements and techniques. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining mixing equipment, monitoring dough quality, portioning dough, and collaborating with the baking team to meet production needs. This role also involves maintaining a clean, safe workspace and tracking ingredient inventory. Ideal candidates have attention to detail, the ability to follow recipes accurately, and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare dough according to recipes provided, ensuring accuracy and consistency in measurements and mixing techniques.
• Operate and maintain dough mixers, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment before and after use.
• Monitor dough consistency throughout the mixing process, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired results.
• Assist with weighing and portioning dough for various baked goods, ensuring that each portion meets quality standards.
• Collaborate with the baking team to prioritize and plan for upcoming dough production needs.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Maintain inventory of ingredients needed for dough production, notifying supervisors of any shortages or discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by managers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a dough mixer or in a related role is preferred.
• Food Handler Certificate preferred.
• Basic math skills and the ability to measure ingredients accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and instructions closely.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet production demands.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Physical Requirements:

• This job may require standing or walking for extended periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing repetitive motions.

Working Conditions:

• This job is performed in an environment that may have exposure to heat, noise, and other environmental factors.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Part Time.
• Location: 6401 Regio Ave, Buena Park, CA 90620.
• Work Hours: Monday to Saturday 6:00AM - 2:00PM or 5:00 AM – 12:30 PM.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays as necessary.

Compensation:

The pay range for this job starts at $16.50 an hour. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
