DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Driver Helper for our client. As a family-owned staffing company, we specialize in finding quality employment candidates and matching their talents to our clients' needs. In this role, you will work alongside our experienced drivers to assist with the delivery of goods and services to various locations. You will be responsible for loading and unloading items, ensuring their safe transportation, and providing excellent customer service. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, physically fit, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver in loading and unloading items from the delivery vehicle
• Ensure the safe and secure transportation of goods to the designated locations
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with the placement and setup of delivered items
• Maintain accurate delivery records and collect necessary paperwork
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
• Communicate effectively with the driver and customers
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a driver helper or in a similar role preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team
• Flexibility to work different shifts as required
