Amentum is seeking a talented and experienced Electronic Warfare Specialist with military experience to support the Naval Information Warfighting Development Center (NIWDC).
Electronic Warfare Specialist Responsibilities Include:
Demonstrating experience and expertise in all aspects of EW (EA, ES, EP) across Airborne, Maritime, Expeditionary (Land), Space and Cyberspace domains.
Liaising with Fleet and Marine Corps EW commands/operators to facilitate synergies between Spectrum Management and Electronic Warfare communities.
Representing NMSC at the Executive Level to OPNAV/COMTENTHFLT/NAVCYBERCOM/ NAVIDFOR/ FEWC and Marine Corps EW commands for EW and Information Operations (IO) matters.
Leading analyses of operational impact to Navy and Marine Corps platforms and weapons systems from reduction in spectrum inventory/access.
Demonstrating knowledge of EW CONOPS/EW Command Center support to COCOMs/liaise with NMCSOs worldwide.
Developing, delivering and maintaining current and relevant EW and EMW instructional material to support Surface Warfare Advanced Tactical Training (SWATT).
Demonstrating firm understanding of competing uses of spectrum (friendly/neutral/hostile) in various battle spaces across war fighting domains, and assist NMSC in determining interoperability/compatibility technical and/or TTP solutions
Providing expert analysis and support to senior management in the areas of EMSO policy, doctrine and training.
Supporting integration with other warfare communities and WDCs to optimize EW/EMW advanced training exercises and objectives in the Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP). This integration will include strong technical and doctrinal alignment during live, virtual, and constructive classroom, pier-side, and underway training events. Assess other opportunities for training from the Joint/Department of Defense and other Service entities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years’ experience in EW, IT, SM, METOC ( Assoicates degree with 9 years’ experience or High school degree with 13 years experiences)
Must have an Active Top Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Top-Secret Clearance.
