Entry Level Business Development Associates must be competitive and ambitious to get in management roles. Role Description: Entry Level Business Development Associate

  • Direct customer acquisition

  • Customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Assist in identifying potential business opportunities

  • Prepare periodic reports on tracking and monitoring clients and prospects

Role Requirements: Entry Level Business Development Associate

  • 4-year degree or relevant work experience

  • 1-2 years of experience with communication at all levels with internal/external clients by phone, email, and face-to-face highly recommended (but not required)

  • Driven, self-motivated professional who has a passion for helping people

  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member

  • A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation, and writing skills
