We’re seeking a high-energy, motivated Event Assistant to join our growing team and help deliver exciting events and top-tier brand experiences directly to local communities!
Whether you’re launching your career or transitioning into live events, this entry-level role provides hands-on experience, paid training, and real growth opportunities —no prior experience required.
Assist with on-site event setup, execution, and teardown
Coordinate event logistics , including vendor setup, equipment organization, and guest registration
Greet and engage attendees , ensuring a welcoming and informative experience
Manage signage, branded displays, and giveaways to maintain smooth operations and brand consistency
Handle administrative tasks , such as data entry, attendance tracking, and post-event reporting
Represent partner brands with professionalism and confidence
Contribute to post-event debriefs , offering insights to improve future activations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
Positive, approachable, and team-oriented personality
Eager to learn about event coordination, brand marketing, and promotions
18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
