We’re hiring a high-energy, motivated Event Assistant to join our fast-growing team and help deliver exciting live events and memorable brand experiences throughout the community!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site event setup, execution, and teardown

• Coordinate event logistics such as vendor support, equipment organization, and guest check-in

• Greet and engage with attendees , ensuring a positive and informative event experience

• Manage event signage, branded displays, and promotional giveaways to maintain brand consistency

• Support administrative tasks including data entry, attendance tracking, and post-event reporting

• Represent partner brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence

• Participate in post-event debriefs , providing feedback to enhance future campaigns

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Friendly, team-oriented, and proactive attitude

• Excited to learn about event coordination, field marketing, and brand promotion

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

• No experience required — full paid training provided
