We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in event planning and coordination, offering hands-on experience and growth potential. You will support the events team in planning, coordinating, and executing events while ensuring every detail aligns with company goals and client expectations.

$24.00 - $32.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing events, including logistics, schedules, and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with the events team to ensure all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly.
• Manage event materials, supplies, and promotional items.
• Provide on-site support during events, including setup, attendee registration, and troubleshooting.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to address needs and resolve issues.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and assist in preparing reports to analyze success and areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each event.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event management, or related field preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Energetic and proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
