Haus Acquisitions is looking for an energetic and organized Entry-Level Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of company events. In this role, you will assist the events team with logistics, coordination, and on-site support to ensure each event is a success. Location: Cincinnati, OH
Salary Range: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour, based on experience.
Assist with event preparation, including organizing materials, scheduling, and logistics.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure all event details are arranged.
Help with setting up and breaking down event spaces as needed.
Act as a point of contact during events to assist attendees and address any issues.
Support event registration, check-ins, and attendee communication.
Maintain accurate records of event details, expenses, and feedback for future reference.
Assist with post-event evaluations to improve processes and outcomes.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Planning, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical ability to stand for long periods and assist with event setup and teardown.
