We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about planning and executing memorable events. You will assist in coordinating events that showcase Nexmos Design's values and engage our clients, partners, and community.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
• Prepare event materials such as schedules, invitations, and promotional items.
• Provide on-site support during events, including setup and breakdown.
• Monitor budgets and timelines to ensure events meet expectations.
• Gather feedback post-event to improve future planning.
