Responsibilities
Assist in the full planning and execution of corporate, private, and large-scale events.
Coordinate logistics including venue setup, vendor management, schedules, and event timelines.
Maintain clear communication with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
Oversee event operations on-site, ensuring smooth execution and attention to detail.
Prepare event materials, reports, and post-event evaluations for continuous improvement.
Support budgeting, cost management, and resource allocation throughout the planning process.
