Position Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Remote Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, excellent visual communication skills, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling digital and print assets. You will work closely with creative directors, marketers, and developers to bring brand stories to life across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design visual assets for websites, digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, presentations, and print.
Develop modern, brand-aligned layouts and graphics for marketing and product teams.
Collaborate with the Creative Director to ensure design consistency and quality across all deliverables.
Create engaging UI visuals and contribute to interactive design projects.
Execute design revisions based on client and team feedback.
Maintain and update design libraries, style guides, and templates.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize creative ideas.
Ensure timely delivery of all assigned creative projects.
Work independently in a fast-paced remote environment while maintaining strong communication with the team.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Must reside in the United States and have valid U.S. work authorization.
4 years of professional graphic design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in layout, typography, branding, and digital media.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or Sketch.
Experience creating designs for web, mobile, and social media platforms.
Strong understanding of brand identity and visual hierarchy.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present creative ideas clearly.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a digital agency environment.
Motion graphics or animation experience (Adobe After Effects or similar).
Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS (a plus, not required).
Experience using project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.
