Filly Flair is an established and rapidly growing online women’s clothing boutique on the edge of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our fast paced, growing business.

This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about e-commerce, email, social, and storytelling—but who also understands fashion and merchandising. This is a part time position but could be full time with some other marketing responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create visual content that engages with our audience. Including social media promos, website CTAs, website layouts, and email design.
• Manage multiple projects with an eye for detail and a heart for storytelling, ensuring all designs align with our brand's vision and voice.
• Manage the design calendar to make sure all assets are executed on time.
• Communicate and work with a diverse team to accomplish marketing goals.

• Potential to create merchandise concepts and designs for apparel, print materials, and beyond.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Self-motivated
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
• Willing to travel to the Crooks/Renner exit to work
