Overview
As the Hotel Area Sales Manager (ASM), you will be an integral part of our Dynamic Sales Solution Service, spearheading strategic, proactive sales efforts across a portfolio of 6 multi-branded hotels in either Canada or the USA. This role is fully remote and reports to a Director of Sales.

Responsibilities
Drive strategic, outbound sales initiatives for our multi-branded hotel portfolio, fostering a sales-focused culture among General Managers and Front Desk staff.
Ensure ROI for hotel partners, achieving revenue milestones within a 6-month sales cycle.
Proactively activate new accounts and expand market share through strategic prospecting and bi-weekly sales strategy presentations.
Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline.
Collaborate closely with your assigned POD (team) to optimize revenue across our hotel portfolio.
Champion client satisfaction by delivering exceptional client experiences and maintaining professional integrity in all client interactions.
Occasional travel for in-market visits to enhance client relationships and expand revenue opportunities.
Requirements
Sales Experience:
3+ years of hotel guestroom sales experience, focusing on business transient, crew, and government segments within select service hotels.
Ideally 2 years in a Dual or Area hotel sales role.
Proficiency in hotel systems, RFP processes, and brand tools.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Technical Skills:
Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
Other Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
A collaborative team player with a goal-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
