HVAC Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee and manage HVAC projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, controls, and project management, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage HVAC projects, ensuring they meet specifications and deadlines.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to define project scope and objectives.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess work progress and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC project management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and direct digital control (DDC) systems.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Certifications in HVAC or project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
