The successful candidate will be responsible for management of Regional Legal and Compliance Services, including oversight of the North America Corporate Compliance Hub. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer answering to the US Executive Board, the General Counsel is the primary liaison with the Board of Directors and regulators, as well as a key participant in the corporate and regional decision making process working with regional executive leadership.
