THE OPPORTUNITY:

Sephora Internships provide an inclusive and comprehensive experience that equips young professionals with the tools needed to align their passions with work. The 10-week internship program develops early career professionals by providing interns with hands-on learning, personal and professional networking opportunities, and the ability to work on projects that directly impact the business.

 

The Sephora internship program is also a prerequisite for consideration for LEAP, the cross-functional rotational program that provides on-the-job training in each of three Business Units-Supply Chain, Marketing, and Merchandising, over the course of nine months. LEAP prepares successfully performing trainees for a full-time, entry-level role in one of the three Business Units. Interns are invited to apply to LEAP at the beginning of the summer internship.

 

PROGRAM DETAILS:

An inclusive and engaging experience that develops technical and professional skills through weekly virtual workshops, networking opportunities, and career panels that provide exposure to Sephora’s career growth opportunities.

 

2026 PROGRAM DATES:

• June 1 - August 14, 2026
• Working hours: 36hrs/week. Monday – Friday, PST
• June 15 – 19, 2026: On-Site Week in San Francisco at headquarters office
• June 29 – July 3, 2026: Week off for Summer Shutdown

 

POSITION TITLE: Intern, Distribution Center HR - Communications

 

YOUR ROLE AT SEPHORA...

As the Intern, Distribution Center HR – Communications, you will help to develop a brand identity for our various DC HR communications (e.g., communication boards, table tents, PPT presentations, newsletters, etc.)

 

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH:

• Develop a “look and feel” (brand) representing DC HR Communications
• Activate the brand by building communication templates for our varied communication platforms
• Conduct test run of the templates for August, 2026 communications to associates
• If time permits, review “Text-Em-All” Platform used by hourly associates; assess other communication platforms, make recommendation on future platform
• Demonstrate our Sephora values : Passion, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect, Teamwork, and Initiative.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Communications Major or Minor preferred
• Interest in HR practices helpful
• Graphic Design experience helpful
• Canva, PPT, or Sharepoint design experience preferred
• Microsoft Office knowledge helpful

 

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:  

• Graduating in 2026 or 2027 (undergraduate or graduate degree)
• Work schedule must align with Pacific Standard Time
• Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.  
• Available from June 1 - August 14, 2026
• Available for the 1-week On-Site office experience in San Francisco, CA  

 

The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 - $25.00 per hour. The actual hourly pay offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the individual applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of 5 days.
