Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with experienced process engineers to optimize manufacturing processes and improve overall efficiency.
Assist in the analysis of production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving initiatives to address operational challenges.
Contribute to the development and implementation of new procedures and protocols to enhance productivity and product quality.
Engage in cross-functional collaboration with various departments to support continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Paper Science, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Familiarity with process optimization techniques and manufacturing principles is preferred.
